Flags, Smarter Reminders & Sharing
Pin what matters, tidy the rest
1.3.3 brings global dot flags, clearer tags and reminders, and more reliable shared collections — all in one pass through the app you already use.
Try it
- Open any dot → action menu → Flag — flagged dots appear on Home under Flags (tap See All Flags for the full list); syncs privately via iCloud
- In Tags, sort by Most Used or Alphabetical and use the tag action menu; counts ignore trashed dots
- When setting a reminder, add a Reminder Name and Notification Message (leave blank to fall back to the dot or collection title)
- If sharing feels stuck, open My Dots → Data Management → Sync Health to inspect share zones and reclaim empty unused zones near iCloud's limit
Archived tasks stay visible briefly after you mark them done so status changes feel less abrupt.
